The cool thing about paying 2500 dollars for rent is having your neighbors leave leaking trash bags in the hallways and party till 4am on weekdays. Also huge perk is that they also throw trash into the parking lot...that OC LIFE
For the record the difference between our new place and old is that the maintenance guys clean up the trash area where the fewer neighbors we have aren’t quite sure how to use the dumpsters and commit their own atrocities. That and my bike ride is longer.
