Unfortunately, once a video is deleted, it's permanent and it can't be retrieved via YouTube. You can re-upload the video if you have a local copy saved. Hope this clarifies.

I think the user is saying that they delete the local copy when they begin the upload process to YouTube. They probably shouldn't do that in the future for a variety of reasons...

i think it caused the file to stop uploading because it couldnt find the file location or something i thinks thats what might have happened

is there any possibly the file is just in the recycle bin and can be restored though? (still, overall, I'd say: don't delete files. In fact, back them up!)
