Gibson also had a Republican challenger (Thomas Martin) https://www.50statesofblue.com/2018/03/maine-democrat-gop-candidates-oppose-leslie-gibson-skinhead-lesbian/ … So it's now Martin vs Gilchrist. I think the odds favor Martin (former state senator, also the district did go +30 Trump), but who knows.
