So someone help me out here...you couldn't travel to either country at all, even if you arrived from another bordering country? Or they wouldn't allow entry period? Wanna understand

Families from both countries used to go to other the neighboring countries to see each other. As long as Eritreans coming to Ethio to get asylum or as a refugees, they were allowed.
