Yes and no. Yes it really helps visualize. No as you end never having to try to imagine something by yourself. With all of that tech we need a balance between easing our life and yet still challengimg our grey cells.

One of my students built a 3d printer from scratch for fun. Another class made drones, controlled by mobile apps they wrote. This is high school. All I got to do was make a crap Xs & Os game on a BBC Micro. And a shitty ashtray. Kids these days, etc, etc...

Very interesting even if the behaviour of the electrons and the way molecules are modelled is all wrong. (Water is a bent molecule.)
