The state of Louisiana actually has legalizing slavery on the ballot. And they are talking about it like it is an amendment to *finally* abolish it. On this one I am flabbergasted. Mostly that it is not NATIONAL NEWS AND ON EVERY CYCLE CONSTANTLY.
