Is this laïcité? Is this what being liberal looks like? Men forcing women to take clothes off?http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3754395/Wealthy-Algerian-promises-pay-penalty-Muslim-woman-fined-France-wearing-burkini.html?ito=social-facebook …

If there are French citizens who care about civil liberties and don't think it's a crime for Muslim women to enjoy the beach, speak up.

.@aishagani It's your religion that does not allow you to wear certain clothes. That's your problem, not the problem of the French state.

You know what? This doesn't even appear to be a swimsuit. It's a tunic. An average long-sleeved tunic.

One does not integrate into a society by rejecting the morals and values of that society, but by embracing them.

If your clothes say "the morals of your society are too liberal for me", you will never integrate into that society.

The clothes also show adherence to strict segregative endogamy. The society is rejected on a fundamental level (marriage).
