  It is fine as long as moderation is taught. Better testing for impaired driving should be researched too for law enforcement. Breathalyzer can show a high BAC, No device can prove an individual is high on marijuana (to my knowledge).

  My question is how will police officers gauge who is driving under the influence? Will there be going to be something similar to a breathalyzer, to check if someone has marijuana in their system?
