Circumcision is used as a life saving surgery, when the foreskin is just too dangerous for babies. Circumcision has been proven to be a huge prevention of STDs

You're not making any sense, if it's performed as a preventative for STDs then it's not because it's "dangerous" for a baby to have a foreskin. Are you a bot?
-
I was talking about two situations where people are circumcised. The least likely is life saving event, since there have been cases where circumcision was needed. I bring up preventiive to show that it does have important benefits for people wanting to do it for said purpose or-
-
-as a safe bonus for people doing cosmetically.
-
Neither case justifies performing it on a newborn before any phimosis or similar issue even develops. You said elsewhere you don't support that practice, but you keep defending it, so I'm a little lost as to what your point is.
-
Like vaccines, there preventions for a reason. You do it early to prevent those stuff from even forming at all. Since why wait for a problem, when you can eliminate from ever coming up. I'm against hospitals forcing circumcisions on all children. It's a parental decision.
-
There's no logic in mutilating someone on the off chance that it might prevent a lesser problem down the road though. Otherwise why not just start lopping off all kinds of "non-essential" bits? Breasts? Might get cancer! Testicles? Torsion can kill! Limbs? Might break a bone!
-
You can't really call STDs lesser problems when it had destroyed lives each year. Even then, all these other parts have irreplaceable biological function, risk would be higher than the benefits, and will worsen quality of life. Foreskin functions makes no actual difference in-
-
-what it supposedly does. Pleasure is the same for cut and interact males, as well as sensitivity. And the glide feature have no unique functions that actually makes any difference. So the foreskin is literally useless.

haha, How often is the foreskins "just too dangerous" for the billions of men in europe, asia, india, south America that they need emergency circumcision? maybe 2 percent? If you believe it helps with std's (its not significant) you can try to convince adults that its worth it.
-
It doesn't matter how often life saving circumcision happens, it does and therefore by your logic shouldn't be done because of "consent". I mean, I do recommend some guys to circumcised, so that's something.
-
if populations of millions are never circumcised and there is a extremely rare need for emergency circumcision, that means that routine infant circumcision on healthy children is not necessary.
-
>tfw you never argued for routine infant circumcision Did you read my replies or are you making things up about me?
-
so glad you agree that routine infant circumcision should be banned. Have a nice night :-)
-
I'm against forced circumcision and that it should be up to the parents if they want one or not, so good night I guess?

Yes, like how leaving up to the parents to put vaccines in their child is forced vaccination. But I'm guessing that it didn't exactly shake you off your boots.

Too dangerous for babies? Hahaha. Huge prevention of STDs? Hahaha. Why would babies need to worry about STDs, or is there another reason besides gential mutilation that you should be keep far away from children...

-
One example is when the foreskin is too tight and needs to be cut off for the penis to function. Lots of studies prove a major prevention circumcision have on STDs.
-
Saying babies don't need to worry about STDs because their babies, is like saying about vaccinated diseases. Because most of these vaccinated diseases came either in adolescent or teen years, so why start early. Because it has the least complications and it's a "preventive"
