    Hmm... Powered on a backup Lenovo laptop after a while and it has W10 1511 on it. Windows Update says "Your device is up to date". Huh?

    the iOS Skype supports iOS 8.0 which is as old as WP8.1. Plus a tiny percentage of iPhones is on iOS 8. Unlike WP8.1.
