    Happy New Year 1980: Christmas cards did it 1990: Manual calls by landline, engaged til 1.00 am (3 mins to USA cost GDP of small country) 2000: Nokia on GPRS, texts arrive for days 2010: MMS on 3G, start at 6.00pm 2020: Live video calls 2030: Holograms? But nothing beats a hug.

    Really enjoyed reading the book “Pure Sport”. The book gives a brilliant insight into both individual and team improvements from a psychological perspective. Well done to the authors John Kremer, Aidan P. Moran and Ciáran Kearney.
