Yaaaaas! Five THOUSAND metres. Chapeau. Top tip: take 5 mins today to record how you felt before, during, and now, physically & emotionally - the good and the less good. Next time you need the motivation to go running, re-read it and remember how awesome you are.
That’s great advice! Will most def do that. It’s a mix of “I’m dying” and a huge grin in my face.
