I can’t run at 3C
at 7am. I tried, but my body said hell no...
So midday runs at 7C with sun are my new thing to keep the weight loss going.

I'm new to running and not a huge fan of it, but it's the only exercise I can do at the moment, while the dr gives me the green light to go back to crossfit

ahh yes!!! i'll totally ask for tips. I can say I do enjoy the fact that it's an outdoors activity, so even if I don't become a fan, I know there's things I can do to enjoy, like changing the route or basing the run on distance rather than time. What else? yup, it's my bday
