I know, it’s just like, people get so worked up! And I’m like, am I missing something that I can’t care? I get that we need a name, but as
@scottkubie says, it’s more important for people to understand what we do than what we’re called.
and it's about getting the work done and improving the experience for people on the other side of the screen. And like you always says, context is important and it changes from team to team, company to company, industry to industry and country to country
