I started using headspace a few days ago to learn how to meditate right before the kids wake up. Once I figured it’s something you can’t force or control but rather it’s something that you need to let go and flow, it changed the way I see meditation.

It’s not that I’m bad or good at it. It’s simply something that takes practice. Some days it just flows better that others and that’s OK.

Se supone que nadie es ni bueno ni malo en lo que respecta a la meditación, da igual que lleves diez años o diez días, la cosa es dejar que sea lo que tenga que ser.

Eso! No es algo que puedas aprender y “mejorar” es algo que simplemente “es”.
