Don’t I know it! One of the criteria for a store we designed was the ability for layout of the store to be adapted to meet the needs of staff and customers. Not easy because of some pharmacy regulations though. (Rules about consultation rooms, etc)

Yes, I thought of your work at Well! It will be interesting how this changes future planning approaches to physical spaces/ensuring places like pharmacies are more adaptable to social distancing in the future

Yeh. @thisisrebekah and @LawKitson did a lot of good work with @Your_Studio to think about it. Very tough project but lots of very smart service design thinking was done by the team.

@ahiteva thought of your sister's work in this area.
