I’ve tried all sorts of diets in my life. Some with great results, but I always end up in square one. I’ve been reading a lot lately about intuitive eating and it’s something so far away from everything I’ve done in the past, that I’m prepared to give it a shot.

It helps you understand your body and what it really needs. Instead of obsessing and restricting which most of the times end up in bad places.
