Product UX writers: if you had only 15 minutes to present the gist of your principles, approach, and value of UX writing to a big group of designers and PMs, what would you put in your deck? What’s the most essential stuff to really get across? #uxwritingpic.twitter.com/avk6WnxYvv

Hmmm maybe that designing the words is like a taco: no one ingredient is the most important. They all have to work together, and that usually requires strong collaboration and lots of eating your mistakes as you get the recipe right

And also that the person eating the tacos is not going to focus on how beautiful that tortilla is, or how wonderful the taco is layed out. They care that the whole thing looks, tastes, and makes them feel good.
