Oh my god I finally finished Bad Blood by @JohnCarreyrou and it’s just mind-boggling. At a few points, I actually cried with rage. And @elainetall was right. The documentary is good, but it’s a finger prick in the bucket compared with the book.

I got the same feeling after listening to the ABC podcast. I guess it's really hard to see the whole thing when you reaaaallly want something to be true. It baffles me ho it got so big and so messy

It’s a good cautionary tale for those of us who work on the storytelling side, too! I’m so in awe of the integrity of some of the people interviewed. I’m a natural skeptic, so I always admire people who can make that humbling shift from true believer to whistleblower.
