1st WOD of 2021. 🤩 It took me 4 months to get back after the surgery. Thank you all for not only keeping me accountable, but for your tips and tricks. Who knows, maybe I’ll pick up running as well.

Thank you for your brilliant talk yesterday at about writing 2 sides of one transaction. ⬇️ Here below the key elements summary Yael made for us 💛

Summary slides of key elements written by Yael Ben David:
- research the offline flow
-understand the out-of-product conversation
-use common context as an anchor
-... then workshop language that's right for your product
- speak to industry experts
- use as many words as your users need
-check what other products use
- pretend there is no real world and focus on accuracy
- ... then research conventions
-inventory resources
-draw the right users in quickly
- and get the wrong users out quickly
- workshop with product too
- qualitative user research including user-facing teams
