    As first reported here a few weeks back, will no longer be head of Senate housing and transportation. Or at least the housing part. will be head of new "housing" only committee, with heading a separate "transportation" committee.

    The Congressional Budget Office projects the federal government will spend $119 billion next year on ACA premium subsidies and expanded Medicaid. That would get zeroed out if the Texas judge's decision ruling the ACA unconstitutional is upheld. No way states could replace that.
