(first off, this made me deeply upset) does anyone know: a) if this was BEFORE or AFTER the vid. circulating w/ citizens vs. cops in hand:hand combat w/ similar background b) how did it get to be so many cops CHASING the citizens (in aformentioned footage, it was the reverse)
