Were any of those four cases actually sick? Wouldn't this be within PCR's false positive baseline? And why shut down the country over COVID anyway, with its ifr dropping ever lower? And why on earth does anyone think that isolation "crushes" a virus? It's still out there...

Which in most of the world was never a problem. If anything, lockdowns made things WORSE in places like Italy, where there is a large percentage of multi-generational households. Being stuck at home basically guaranteed that the older members would catch it.

4 cases changes everything? 4 can be readily handled with tracing and isolation . Will have to monitor, but 4 cases not remotely a disaster. Rest of the world would love to have that tiny number of cases.
