Yup! My friend in Cobb county said there were only 6 machines at her location and a 2 hour wait. They’re doing everything in their power to suppress the vote.

Needs to change to paper ballots everywhere! At my precinct we are only limited by pens (but they have tons of them) and a place to write (we have booths and tables). Optical scanner takes the ballots. Very secure system, and not so limiting to rushes of people, etc.

That's basically the system we use up here. I don't recall ever taking more than 15-20 mins for any level of voting.

Ok, I thought it was just me at my polling location in Cobb but there were only 6 machines there and I can’t remember if it was lower than before or not. In any event, based on early voting turnout, you’d think they’d have more machines. Methinks this was intentional.

Agreed. Less machines= longer lines. I’d stay in line all day, but I know others can’t afford to wait necessarily.
