One of my favorite shows I've ever worked on. made me cry laughing dozens of times here and 's editing and production work was fantastic. Just an absolute blast, aside from the Thunderblight Ganon fight. That man can rot in hell.

A lot of people are replaying BotW before Totk comes out, and that's probably a good call. But what I would recommend instead of (or at least in addition to) that is watch @agentbizzle and @ZachariusD play it co-op style with one controller each youtube.com/playlist?list=

Itโ€™s been completely surreal watching a major city like San Francisco become a ghost town in real time. Tons of restaurant and business closures. Way less commuters. Empty buildings everywhere. All the tech companies bounced and people got priced out. Just a hollow city now.

Close to 30% of San Francisco's office space is now vacant, more than 7x higher than the vacancy rate from early 2020. wsj.com/articles/san-f

Runner up art direction goes to Katsuya Teradaโ€™s gorgeous Zelda illustrations, of course, but that feels like something modern Nintendo couldnโ€™t turn into a movie, theme park, and merchandise line as easily and thatโ€™s all part of the big picture these days.

Potentially controversial take here but if Nintendo ever makes an animated Zelda movie, they should go with the Wind Waker/Toon Link art style. Itโ€™s vibrant, immensely expressive, and captures the spirit of the character and world perfectly.

Replaying The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker on my Zelda hype train to Tears of the Kingdom and the part where Link gets the Master Sword and returns color and life to the temple remains one of my favorite moments in this entire franchise. Just incredible. I love this game so much.

This back to back run of covering The Last of Us, Resident Evil 4, The Super Mario Movie, and Tears of the Kingdom has been some of the most fun and rewarding work Iโ€™ve ever been a part of. Super proud of the writing, hosting, & production work Iโ€™ve put in this year so far ๐Ÿ’œ

It's a fish. Just a regular fish. They made a whole ass poster of a fish. Just a typical, normal fish you would see at a place where they have fish. I just can't anymore with this shit.

I traded in my blue checkmark here and now they're selling it as "brand new" for $8 even though it's used, covered in scratches, and doesn't have a case.

The perfect album. Incredibly consistent production despite the wide breadth of beatmakers involved. Vivid, creative storytelling with a touch of humor. Equal parts grimy and polished. Just an absolute masterpiece. Salute.

Every single day posts the most incredible Breath of the Wild videos youโ€™ve ever seen. Just awesome, ridiculous stunts. I love it. Canโ€™t wait to see what they do with Tears of the Kingdom.

This makes The Super Mario Bros Movie the highest grossing video game adaptation ever made, beating Warcraft, Detective Pikachu, and Donkey Kong Divorce Cruise. Incredible achievement!

"For decades, the HBO name has been synonymous with premium, high quality content worth paying for - exactly the kind of thing every streaming platform wants - but what if we.. I dunno, just fuckin threw it all in the garbage can?"

ME A FEW DAYS AGO: A great thing about the Mario Movie is that it's not a musical and I won't have to hear the songs from it for months or years afterwards like Encanto, Frozen, and Lion King. MY BRAIN EVERY FIVE MINUTES SINCE THEN: Peaches peaches peaches peaches peaches

Oh wow it turns out the best way to do a video game adaptation was to justโ€ฆ adapt the video game. Itโ€™s almost like the answer was just sitting there all this time!

My latest video essay for : I think Resident Evil 4 is the best video game remake ever made. I break down why it works so well, where other remakes stumbled, and why Capcom gets it. youtu.be/oEgHnvBcyF4 Super proud of this video! Likes & retweets are much appreciated ๐Ÿ’œ

I canโ€™t even begin to picture what this will look like and thatโ€™s very exciting. Big opportunity to reinvent the entire visual language of Star Wars. Like, will they even have ships or droids yet? What does a 25,000 year old lightsaber look like? Iโ€™m all in on whatever this is.

James Mangoldโ€™s upcoming โ€˜STAR WARSโ€™ film will be set 25,000 years before the current and known timeline, and will explore the origins of the very first Jedi. Mangold has described it as โ€œa Biblical epicโ€ and has compared it to โ€˜THE TEN COMMANDMENTS.โ€™
