    I can honestly say that this is easily the biggest crisis in oncology during my time in medicine. When awareness is so important, we can't even have just one press conference on the subject. It's infuriating. Early diagnosis is so vital, many lives will be lost unnecessarily.

    Delighted to see is challenging the government over the exam fiasco Exams cancelled yet my children are doing exams with no exam / study leave. Schools are calling them assessments.... 😐 I don't blame the schools they are following gov advice

    I think a hostile environment policy which detains asylum seekers in this way, on Eid of all days, shames this country. It’s not about politics, it’s about human decency. Hard not to be moved by the solidarity shown by neighbours looking out for neighbours here.

    Joking aside, this is pretty much the scene greeting higher students across the country today. Those who were not expecting to have to sit exams. Genuine extract from AH Maths: “before leaving the examination you must give this booklet to the invigilator” This is a scandal.

    Voting for presiding officer, with the whole parliament present and under social distancing, feels a bit like an exam.
