Proud to stand with in announcing proposed legislation that will truly strengthen our communities & protect victims—targeting fentanyl & ensuring New York’s bail system never reaches our state. Hey Illinois, take notice, this is what a REAL SAFE-T Act looks like.

Fentanyl remains the number one killer of adults 18-45, but a recent study shows that young children are also at risk. I’m urging Floridians to avoid this deadly substance by never using illicit drugs.

The number of terrorists caught crossing the border during the FY22 is higher than all those encountered during FY 2017-2021 COMBINED! I first called for Mayorkas to resign last Feb. It’s now imperative that we put in place a DHS Sec. that actually cares about our security.

On #MLKDay, we honor the legacy and service of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a great leader who boldly pursued justice and equality for all. His dream continues to inspire many of us today.
