In the dictionary, replicable: "able to be copied or reproduced exactly." In other words... reproducible. I find it dangerous when scientists re-define common words to give them super specific meaning like that. I'd rather spell out "replication on independent data"

where would you put reliability?

Can you define reliability? I’d imagine some people mean it’s **robust** to differences in initial conditions in the code etc but if it means getting the same answers on multiple sets of data the it falls in **replicable**.
