    : experimented with a lunch this Sunday after a long run. By evening, I was unfocused, bloated , nervous and also started having ear ache and throat pain. Skipped dinner and had a lot of electrolytes to ultimately recover by next morning

    The worst is when I see the geriatric population facing so much health issues only bcoz they eat so less of protein and hardly any non veg !!

    CICO doesn't count ! The anaerobic run left me fatigued with carbs craving. The Aerobic run made me feel fresh with no cravings. The calories burnt in both runs were approx. same.

    Thyroid health is targeted with a low carb diet. Some carbs have to be added for thyroid health. Coconut oil really helps
