    Was talking to the team about framing problems & solutions before discussing product when pitching. Problem: Taxis are expensive, inconvenient to schedule and no idea when they’ll arrive. Solution: Uber rides are cheap, easy to order and you can see cab’s location on a map.

    When talking to investors or execs, you need to create buy-in before going into the details of your product, competitive landscape or total addressable market. It also helps you to build conviction in the product if problem & solution can be stated concisely.
