Just yesterday, my Kazakh husband’s I-130 Petition for Alien Relative was approved by USCIS after a year of processing, making us one step closer to his immigrant visa. Can’t help but freak tf out when I think of similar couples in Kyrgyzstan. Just a senseless decision.

In a climate emergency, "radical" and "realistic" are the same thing. Our planet's future is being irretrievably altered. Those systematically subjugated for centuries will bear the brunt. I'm not sure how the New York Times still doesn't understand this, on MLK day of all days.
