        Virus behaves as expected and infects immunologically vulnerable host. Epidemiologists remain unsurprised. (I do hope that he has good healthcare providers and they avoid some of the nastier complications of chickenpox infection)

        the problem are immunocompromised individuals, babies, elderly. Comorbidity along with chickenpox can be fatal to them, the only prevention for them is attempting to reach adequate herd immunity
