Me reading The Hunger Games in 2008: wow what a crazy, unrealistic story 2018: children are going to the capital to fight for their right to not be murdered by each other and a creepy looking TV star is there pretending like nothing is wrong

    Replying to and

And whose fault is it the public school is under-resourced? You just shot your own argument in the foot. Give us the funding the privates enjoy and you just watch what brilliance we can achieve other than that we already do.

Anxiety makes little sense, it's so hard to explain, and even harder to stop. It's often quiet and most of the time you can't see it. It silently goes about invading your mind leaving you feeling helpless and alone. RT if you've experienced anxiety & show others they're not alone

As an Aboriginal family, who have been foster carers for many years, and considered adopting in the future, these kinds of statements both alienate and disgust me.

No he doesn’t! White ppl need to get their own houses in order. There’s plenty of in white families including murders, plenty of non-Indigenous & white ppl with children in care for rape, assault and neglect. is all you’ll create.

The government's reasons for bad NAPLAN results: 1. Anglo parents are too focused on sport 2. Migrants need to learn to speak better English 3. Aboriginal parents don't send their kids to school 4. Teachers aren't great and unis let anyone in Better resourcing????
