The fact that the world doesn’t seem upside down doesn’t require correction of how the environment strikes the eye, because the subjective visual representation of the environment cannot exhibit such orientation, just as there’s no absolute up.

There’s no need the brain has to consider the relation of upside down between the environment and the retinal reflection, hence no need to correct it

Neither an individual nor an aggregate of water molecules, regardless of constitution, has the property of ‘wetness’. Only that which becomes saturated has this quality. Likewise arrangements of neurons, regardless of their composition, do not have phenomenal properties.
