Correctly identifies the problem - age being used as proxy for other attributes - but finds the wrong solution. Same end can be achieved with much less violence to the truth by forbidding would-be discriminators from ask for age. Candidates instead certify they are "old enough".

For example, mentally I still feel 18, at maturity I feel 61, my real age, physically I feel 45
