    After posting on FB, Twitter, and connecting w/ a PR manager on LinkedIn, they were suddenly able to change our booking without additional charges. It should not be necessary to go to that length. Come on , fix this, ffs! cc

    If anyone booked through before lockdown, and expects them to honour their promise to allow you to re-book cost free, you might want to check on that. 8 days in trying to achieve that - being quoted ever-increasing fees, with no way to make the actual payment

    Indeed. What they are doing is criminal. We have to find out how to make sure they pay for this. I tried the financial regulator, but they are unregulated. What was I thinking not doing this basic check before I sent them a large sum of money ...

    Hi , according to there’s something wrong with your SEPA transfer, which I initiated from Internet banking, and now they’re holding a very large sum of my money on hold. Is there any way to resolve this? They demand a copy of my “deposit receipt”??

    Hi , I’m having a very hard time getting basic questions answered on ticket 1110827 (and others). My payment’s been on hold since 12th, and I do not have a “deposit receipt”, as SEPA was done through Internet banking.
