Is it just me or do moving shots not have a 100% green window now even with difficult shots hall of fame? So its RNG if I green?

Plus dribble pull ups are complete ass, they never green, just full white bricks, dunno why they are even in the game. Would be nice if after I stopped moving I could do my normal jump shot, without having to wait for so long to trigger normal jump shot and by then I’m not open
