A prayer for an episode of OCD When I breathe in, may I inhale a reminder that I am not my thoughts. When I breathe out, may I exhale the thoughts that keep me trapped in my own mind. When I practice this deep breathing, may the rhythm of my heart slow to a gentle pace.
