    I've had multiple people tell me they thought security work / CTFs were out of reach for them but my streams showed them otherwise you climb the wall and you drop down a ladder for those behind you

    Very underrated career advice: find good leaders (managers/tech leads included) and stick with them for a while because they're awfully hard to find.

    It feels like the movement has called a new public into being, that of resilience engineering. Noteably it’s not just focused on the technology pieces but the people who create and operate that tech. The future here is so exciting!

    If you believe that there are reasonable trade offs in code quality (reasonable intended technical debt), I believe that you must have given up actually programming quite some time ago.
