    The lines between content marketing, personal branding, relationship building, and just being genuinely helpful on the internet are very blurry. Focus on the latter two, and the former will ride along for free. ...or at least that's my plan. 👍

    I really wish 's "Squash and Merge" feature worked consistently. WIP commits from my PR randomly find their way into master, but I can't consistently recreate it for them to fix it.

    Yesterday handled 1.64M requests. I pay ~$100/mo to host it on . It *can* get expensive, but that's avoidable. Small teams don't need a dev-ops engineer, they just need guidance.

    $7 well spent until you realise it's cheaper to hire a DevOps engineer and host it on AWS when you start hitting millions of requests per day. Those Heroku costs can get pretty expensive, pretty fast. Same thing applies to Firebase. Great until you start to scale.
