Every other county used human being to verify signature matches. Only Clark County used a machine that is not proven to be reliable and not allowed under Nevada law.

The hearing made clear that we are not allowed to see and hear the ballot verification process and they illegally used a machine to verify a 130K+ ballots when the law says a human should do it. The Democrats argued election officials don’t have time to fix the flawed process.

I listened to the hearing. That is NOT what Judge Dorsey said. He went through the 4-factor test... FACTOR BY FACTOR.

To obtain a preliminary injunction, a plaintiff must establish that (1) he/she is likely to succeed on the merits... The honorable Judge Dorsey said that there was NO EVIDENCE that would indicate that the plaintiffs would succeed on the merits.
