  11. The public gets more Bianco projects, people in his org get to evolve and grow into new roles. But he's still around.

  12. And within the larger group of restaurants, he has a new role—helping shepherd his longtime vision/guiding new hands to realize that vision

  13. Forced CB to find a way to do what he loves/does best. And he had to evolve. That led to addt'l locations, new Bianco concepts

  14. Chris Bianco's "baker's lung"/asthma was diagnosed 2010 and forced him to step away from day-to-day pizzamaking, leaving it to his brother

  15. As the story notes. In fact, content of story is SOLID. (Nice work !) Packs a lot of Bianco backstory into relatively short space

  16. Way I read it, he's still heavily involved—and simply evolving. An evolution, I should point out, that began in 2010…
