I tried carnivore (for the first time) in January. My lifts went to 💩 ... even so, I think I am going to stick with it at least for another 2 months. My energy levels were more consistent.

Interesting primary source. An abuser pattern worth knowing about is "DARVO" - Deny, Accuse, Reverse, Victim and Offender. Looks like that's what Amber did

Today's training: Bench Press: 170x4, 165x6, 155x8 Dumbell Row: 85x6, 85x8, 80x10 Next week: go down to 165 for bench and up to 90 for dumbell row. Oddly, finding it hard to stay hungry and get enough protein for gains on . My appetite has been low.

If you ever struggle with “problem behaviors” like losing your temper, feeling like you have to be perfect, procrastinating, people-pleasing, or hating yourself, I highly recommend the book Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving.

The best skill to have for a gamedev generalist is the ability to just go to 80% and be satisfied and move on. I do not have this skill.

Working on a team where every person just wants to make the thing better and better is a high that is hard to beat. Building on ideas, not caring who has them, only caring about making the final output as good as it can be. That’s a feeling I chase.

So, the official CDC position is that coronavirus is not spreading from person to person in the US, so the risk to the general public is low. My question is: how does the cdc know it isn't being spread by currently asymptomatic people? reported possible:

What is missing here (I think) is that the only actions mentioned are: planning and acting. I’d add learning/sensing.

Or rather "especially full-blown communism didn't solve homelessness" Reminds me of my favorite Reagan joke: "one Russian says to another: 'Comrade, is this it? Have we reached Full Communism?' The other says 'Oh no, Comrade, things will get a lot worse.'
