The terms “biological male” and “biological female” have fallen out of favor. You’re using them shows how disingenuous you are on this whole matter. Sex assigned at birth is the proper terminology as it encapsulates how “sex” as a moniker is constructed, assigned, and enforced.

Sex is recorded at birth. It is not assigned. You know this and so does everyone you try to put it past. Biology has not and never will fall out of favour with those who know and value reality. Those who don't can assign themselves any label they like, but their sex will remain.

Because you saying sex is assigned as if it's totally arbitrary, on a whim of a midwife. It refers to a sex role. We're a sexually dimorphic species, it's pretty important. There are many differences between the sexes.
