I'm shocked, I say, SHOCKED that she doesn't want to look directly in the eye of a group solely devoted to fighting for those who face the kinds of prejudice she just casually spouted on Twitter.
LGBTQ advocacy group @glaad says they reached out to @jk_rowling's PR team and offered to facilitate an off-the-record discussion between the best-selling author and members of the trans community.
