It's impressive to see how the #CaptainMarvel box office ranks among other Marvel movies. Here's what I thought about the film:
Take into account the Incredible Hulk had ticket prices around $7 (non matinee) and most prices nowadays are in the $10-$14 (non-matinee). So yes that is a lot of money although actual ticket sales are debatable.
Lesson for the trolls who tried to tank actress and movie.If one doesn’t like what one says it gives no reason to attack a whole film and the people who worked so hard on a film.These self-centered and shallow people are becoming SJWs themselves but hurting yrs/mos of hard work.

The numbers that can be racked up with a simultaneous international release are astounding. It looks like we're heading toward a billion-dollar opening weekend someday.

An asterisk to this (I love data!), could be that this is the highest grossing debut for an MCU character’s *introduction*. We had met Black Panther in Civil War; the closest we got to meeting Captain Marvel was a beeper.
