The entire justification for Trump's defense starts with his having a reasonable, good faith belief that the election was stolen from him. And Bruce Castor has repudiated it entirely, insisting that the American people removed Trump on purpose.

I won a dismissal arguing that Ontario trade libel law, which applied to a lawsuit in New Jersey via the second Restatement of Conflicts of laws, didn't recognize the cause of action w/o specific damages b/c it fell under the jurisdiction of English ecclesiastical courts.
