In states with Senate races in 2016, there were 1.8 million more votes in the presidential race than in the Senate races. Across the 30 large & contested states I checked in 2016, there were 6.3 million more votes cast in POTUS than in House races. Exactly. It was easy to mark this years ballot straight ticket, too. But it's still normal for ppl to not vote down ballot because they just haven't bothered to know about the candidate or just don't care.
