public polling has him defeating every candidate one on one, some by double digits.. he’s been voicing the same rhetoric since 2016, maybe he just earnestly and fundamentally disagrees with every one of his opponents and so do his supporters

Bernie definitely has a ceiling, and it’s not enough to win him a majority of delegates, let alone beat Trump. It would be a disaster.
