one of the biggest things candidates struggle with is feeling like the recruiting process isn't fair anyone else think this is because there's no accountability to sticking with an evaluation method?

it would take an incredibly diligent organization to create this structure in-house. I'm not holding my breath for one to do it but putting the process in public would bring out the best candidate (even if "best" means biggest brand name. at least it's understood!)

(deleted & reposted to fix typo) why does [candidates publicly cataloguing the process] imply [recruiters have to justify their decisions]? I figure recruiters would say "not a fit at this time" just like they do today

hmm good question I think: by seeing every step of the process for the winning candidate, losing candidates will be able to see the sum of info used to evaluate and how it differed from them right now a significant % of that is hidden

did this when I was fully focused on job searching this summer. Standby for highlights Having worked in every corner of “talent” I have learned the biggest frustration is candidate purgatory which is just disrespectful to candidates. No excuse for it. At min send auto reject
